Good run w/ Kahn. Had to use Kahn as my "rabbit" towards the end to keep me from dropping to a 10 minute pace. :)
We added a little to this course. Ran through a nice neighborhood called Aero Plantation and did a random run near Weddington Methodist and the Harris Teeter parking lot.
