Pretty good run with the exception of water. I drank a ton of water before I left but still pushed the limits on hydration by the end of the run. It was probably close to 80 degrees at the end and I was in dire need of water. I am going to buy a some sort of hydration pack or holster. This also seems to be about the point when my knee gets aggravated, I think I am going to try to keep my long runs around 10 miles. I also ran this one alone, the miles seem to pass a bit slower at the same time I seem to run just as fast if not faster go figure. Final note. My footpod is so dialed I believe it to be just as accurate as mapping the run. FP measure 10.21 99.8% accuracy. I have not had less than 98% since re attaching to my asics.
