First time running since late june. Felt a bit out of shape and while it was a little hilly i was much more tired and sore than i should've been. Going to stick to a strict training plan to get my mileage up without injuring myself and also do a lot of cross training in between to counteract possible foot and knee problems that tend to come up. We'll see how it goes!!!
