Air Force PT test. Did 42 pushups in a minute and 50 situps in a minute. Then did the run. Didn't have a warm up or a whole lot of time to stretch. Air was very thick, humid and full of pollen. Had a hard time breathing, especially on the last 2 laps. Was going to a 7 min mile but wasn't able to sustain it. Scored a perfect 100.
