first run back since the flu hit me last week. Felt pretty good for the first half but took some cramps (think i'm still a bit dehydrated) on the way back and can really feel it in my body. Need to start bringing a 10 am snack cuz breakfast isn't holding me through my run. Found running partner Natalie...whose pace seems maybe a tad faster than me which works great cuz i can really push myself....runs 5 on mondays and 6 on wednesdays. I'm running the 1/2 marathon this weekend...might be in a lot of pain and maybe walk some of it but i'm determined to finish the damn thing LOL.
