Mile repeats. First mile was against the wind and almost right on. 7:30's were the goal. The second mile was half in the wind then we turned around and had a great tail wind. It was a little quick. Last mile was wayyyy too fast. I always run too hard on the last one but the tail wind really kicked us into gear. Felt awesome and wasn't sore. Couldn't done another one easy!
