over all felt okay....kept getting chest pain on my right side (need new sports bra maybe) and small stiches in my side. Very humid felt like it was about to rain and then it got pretty cloudy but it cleared up. Used the Texas Street bridge as a hill (its very long) and did short burst (about 10-15 seconds up and then jogged and repeated) did this over one way then ran downhill and about 10 minutes out came back and did the same thing on the way back over. Then ran pretty hard for 5 minutes and jogged back up the last block or two to the Y.
