Still a bit sore today and had a weird side stich all day that eventually went away and didn't affect my run. Did Fatlek workout....10 minute warmup down to the start of the trail then 8 minutes of 10 on 10 off followed by a 3 minute recover jog then 8 min of 10x20x30's and then about and 8 minute cool down and ran did a final 2-300 m in hard to work on my finish sprint ;O) Almost bit cement half way through the warmup when i tripped barely caught myself but seriously irritaed my left foot, shin and knee....the knee was bothering me the last part of my run.
