A very nice long run on a beautiful fall day. Ended on the tow path and it was quite nice. Kept it pretty easy with a small pick up at the end.
Wow! Another EPIC run D, you are amazing. Way to push it out. This brings you to a 40+ mile week! Congrats man, that is fantastic!

Dude, Bilenkin - for someone who's not supposedly training for anything at the moment, this is a very solid long run. You sure you don't have som'n in mind.
