4 x 1200 @ 5k pace today as planned. Did this on a somewhat hilly route so some of these intervals were harder than others. I have no doubt I would have been in the low 6:50s if it was all flat. I started to feel my knee a little at the end which makes me think that I'm hitting my upper limit for the combination of intensity and weekly miles. I think I may take it a little easier for next week's speed work. Need to ice and take some advil. I'm not too concerned though because it's still not that bad.
