This was my longest run in a little while which is so weird for a 7 miler. My left calf felt just a tad tight at the end but not too bad. Most importantly, it didn't hurt at all after I was done and walking around. I'm planning to do just a few miles tomorrow and Friday before the big 31 miler on Saturday.

Good news on the calve muscle. As we have discussed in the past, it's a delicate balance between getting injured and training hard enough. I feel like I'm balancing on the razor-thin edge of injury with all my miles lately. Good luck!
