This was alright. Felt a bit meh in the middle. That's not that surprising considering I drank a few beers last night. Hadn't been thinking about keeping up with my water either. It wasn't that bad considering. Also, not sure what's up with the HR at the end there. Those last three miles can't be right.

Overall though a good week. I ended exactly where I wanted in the low 30s. I'll try to keep going up a couple miles over the next couple weeks.
