I decided to take a couple days off and really make this a step back week in hopes of recovering more for getting back to the 40s next week. As usual, I don't know if I'm being extra cautious or not, but I just want to be able to build up miles, but still give my foot time to recover. We will see how next week goes. Hopefully, I get through it alright and then I will taper for a couple weeks before Ragnar.
The run itself felt really good, and my foot wasn't bothering me at all. I was pretty sore after, but I think within reason.
