7.2 felt fast when I first got started, but I got comfortable after about a mile and my HR stayed nice and low. I did 6 miles easy and 3 miles at "pace" which today meant starting at 7:30 and then 7:24 and then 7:18. My HR stayed pretty low at the end which makes me think I could have gone a bit faster which I will next time, or maybe I'll do 4 miles fast at the end and see how that feels.
