Notes
Nice long run. Almost as an experiment I had a terrible breakfast this morning of croissant with egg and cheese and a sour cream donut. Then I decided I wouldn't have any GU after reading about it on the Mcmillan site. I felt suprisingly good so I decided I would quicken the pace for the last 2 miles. For some reason, I guess cause I had my runkeeper going, I started to quicken the pace a lot sooner. I believe my last 4 miles averaged around 8. Runkeeper screwed up the first half mile and then i ran out of battery with a couple miles left. But here's what it did get:
