Notes
This was tough. The hill at mile 12 up Herrontown killed me. I was barely moving. I definitely did not kick it in. Weather was beautiful though. A little warm near the end but not too bad. Up until the hill it was going pretty smooth, nice easy 9 minute pace. I should try to remove these hills from my long runs.
