Notes
Beautiful day so we decided to go on the tow path and I thought Sadie could come along on her bike. Unfortunately Sadie didn't like it too much. She's still not confident enough so I think she was a little scared so the whole time she complained but she did get through it and I think it wasn't as bad as she made it seem. The pace was a bit slow and we stopped a bunch of times but I'm still glad we got the run in since Abby can't run tomorrow. Monday school starts so we'll have to switch to running after school next week, and then she starts XC. I think Sadie might njoy this more once she gains more confidence on the bike.
