Long run on the treadmill. I only did 12 because that's all the time I had. The stupid treadmill kept resetting and I switched to another one half way through. This was pretty easy and my HR was pretty low. I was at 7 for the first 6 miles and then 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 and finally 7.4 for the last 3. I kept going up because my HR was still relatively low. I wanted to end with it over 150 at least. Hopefully this means my fitness is improving.
