I'm happy Andy convinced me to get this run in, especially since I barely ran this week. I was struggling on that hill back, but it got it finished. It was only 3 miles after all! Once again having a real issue with motivation. I need to get a half on my calendar and get into 20 plus mile weeks on a regular bases, then 30 plus and then lose some damn weight.
