After another long day at work I came home and decided to run. I just didn't feel like getting on the bike and my knee was fine. Just like a couple days ago when I did 5, there was nothing for the first couple miles and then I could feel it just a little by the time I got to 3. Probably went a bit faster than I should have based on the heat and my fitness. I really will take a break and bike tomorrow and then go a little farther on Saturday.

Glad to hear the pain is minimal for the first few miles. Your rest is surely helping. Have you had an MRI yet? The Sports Med doc I saw a few years ago was using ultrasound in the office to take a look right away, without having to wait for an expensive MRI.
