Notes
After another long day at work I came home and decided to run. I just didn't feel like getting on the bike and my knee was fine. Just like a couple days ago when I did 5, there was nothing for the first couple miles and then I could feel it just a little by the time I got to 3. Probably went a bit faster than I should have based on the heat and my fitness. I really will take a break and bike tomorrow and then go a little farther on Saturday.
