Felt pretty awful. My stomach was bothering me for some reason and I never felt comfortable during the warmup. I decided to do the 3rd mile at race pace and I couldn't even do one mile of race pace. It ended up being about 7:20 in the middle. When my run ended I felt pretty bad and just kept sweating for a while even more than usual after my shower. Maybe I didn't eat enough cause I was down to 167 again after my run, or maybe I didn't account for the temperature which was 87. I think I need to adjust my 10k goal time this Sunday. Oh well, maybe today was just a bad day :(
