Woo hoo! I broke 45 which was my goal. I felt good going into it and the weather was pretty much perfect. I had a few doubts along the way, but pulled it out in the end. I wanted the first mile to be under 7:15 but not under 7 and I hit it pretty much perfectly in between. I was feeling pretty good the whole time. I wonder how I would do in a race. Very happy with this run!
Here are my splits which should be pretty accurate since I mapped it out ahead of time and studied the map:

It was a pretty even effort considering the hills on mile 2 and 4.
