Around 75 but really sticky. Even thought this was supposed to be an easy run @ 9:18 I wanted to see if I could do a couple miles at tempo pace on the Tow path. According to runkeeper which screwed up a bit I did 2 miles at around 7:56 and 7:44 but I was still warming up at the beginning of the first one and cooling down a bit at the end of the second one, so I'm guessing more like 7:40. These two were really hard and have me doubting my goal marathon pace but I guess I still have a few months to improve A LOT :)
