Notes

My leg was not completely better, but close enough so I did 30 minutes hard elliptical and then planned on running for 30 minutes. I had to stop because it started to hurt after 2.5 miles. This sucked, but at least I didn't keep running. I should have just done 20 minutes. Have to stop running til it hurts and instead stop before it starts to hurt.
