Holy hell this was rough! It was probably mid 70s at the start but crazy humid and just felt hotter than that. I'm clearly not acclimated. I went nice and slow from the get go which was wise and what let me actually get through this. I had considered a few times to shorten it, but honestly after tracking Travis and Lindsay in their 100 miler yesterday I was inspired to keep going. They were running through worse heat and with crazy elevation and 100 miles so yeah I could suck it up and do my little 11 miler.

The last couple miles were really rough. This wasn't my worst run ever but maybe in the top 10.

This was a good week. I'm finally back to real mileage. I plan to step it up to high 30s next week and then maybe step it back before going into the 40s.

Also, this is one way to lose weight haha. I lost so much from sweating. I just need to eat normally now and the weight will start to come off just due to miles.
