Well this is a PR for hottest day out while running! 105 (Heat index 111) is pretty crazy. Just a couple miles before the triathlon on Sunday. I am excited but also a bit nervous with my lack of training, new distance and heat. It's not going to be super hot , but it will probably be at least 80 and humid. I'll just take it slow.
