Beautiful day. Decided to do a pace run kind of pretend this was the first half of the marathon. Naturally I went out a bit too fast and then I tried to just relax but I kept going under 8 minute. At around 9 miles I started too feel like this was too fast a pace and slowed it down a bit. My 11th and 12th mile were at around 8:07 pace and I think that's what I should try to run in the first half. Felt a weird twinge in my right calf at 11 miles but then it went away so I'm going to not worry about it. I feel ready. Nothing over 10 miles left until the marathon.

Runkeeper had this at 13.01 so I think I can add a 6 or so second to each mile. That second mile was stupid fast.
