Nice long run in the rain. I forgot my HR monitor at my work gym, so I just kept it slow in line with the kind of pace I Was doing on my 7 mile run. After a warmup mile, I started at 8:50 pace and went up 5 seconds every mile. This felt very easy. First 30 mile week since April! Longest run since then as well. Can't wait to start building the mileage base and increasing my weekly miles. Looking to do 35 next week.
