Really easy elliptical workout. Not much else to say. Once again I can't wait to start running again. I can't tell if my knee is bothering me or not. I don't really feel it at all so I guess that's good. When I press on the area with my finger, I can still feel something, but its really barely there unlike before. I guess the plan will be to do this 3.5 corporate challenge on Thursday nice and easy and go from there.
