This was pretty tough and felt long. It was quite hot and humid by the end and I'm just out of shape and heavy. This was all to be expected. I'm glad I was able to go 6 and get that done. No surprises here. Just happy my legs seem to be feeling fine for now (knock on wood). I will just slowly build up and come up with a training plan soon assuming I'm running the Princeton half in November 4th. Hoping as I start to up the miles, the weight will start to come off.
