This was not a good day. Felt kind of crappy all day and in a bad mood with 0 motivation. It's amazing I got this in. I didn't even really warm up. and I ate so much all day that I was actually over 170 for the first time in a while. But, as I keep saying, this is temporary. I'll get back into the swing of things and sometimes hitting 170 on the scale is enough a motivator for the pendulum to swing in the other direction.
