Ugh.. my right foot went numb a couple miles in! This was no good. In general, my legs and especially calves felt really tight. I am hoping that, as I go up in miles, lose some weight and take care to stretch and roll this will not continue. This really sucked and I was thinking about Pete and his numb foot issue.
I did not get as many miles as I wanted to this week. Lack of motivation again. Planning on getting to 20 this next week.
