This was really nice. Finally a run with some friends: Jeff, Joe and Justin. I really needed it to motivate me to get out there in this ridiculous cold and windy weather. Everyone did great, especially Joe who ran more than 5K in his first time out since last summer! Looking forward to more group runs. There was a group of ladies who passed us and they were taunting us to go faster. Looking forward to us all getting in better shape so we can pass them next time :)
