A nice run with Jeff and Justin. We ran through colonial park this time because of all the rain yesterday and the tow path being super muddy. It was beautiful weather this morning and the run went by so fast just talking the whole time. I felt really good and my whole fasting thing was once again a non issue. Really starting to like this. I'm not sure how it well it will work once I really start to up the distance, but for now its good.
