Notes
Nice recovery run before my 15 with a fast finish tomorrow. I didn't end up running yesterday which I was upset about, but actually its not too bad because I was building up the mileage pretty fast, so perhaps its just as well. Tomorrow will be a hard workout for sure, but I'm excited. So that should put me in the mid 30s for this week. 40s next week. I was doing good diet wise for a while but then fell of for the last few days and it showed. Really need to be more strict.
