Easy treadmill. These shoes have had it.
So much for a few days off - way to keep it up my man. I slacked a bit, although I got one long hilly one in down in VA. Got my 305 gear now too, which is awesome! Glad to hear your Xmas was good - ours went pretty well, a little drama here and there but overall we survived.
