Notes
This went fairly well. Probably the best I've felt on a long run, which means things are improving. My legs started to feel sore around 9 miles or so when I headed back home to refill water and pick up a honey stinger, but not nearly as bad as before. I never had that feeling of doubt like I'm doing damage which makes me think my legs aren't doing as bad, and specifically my right leg is holding up better. I know this is still not that far, but it's encouraging. Of course I wish I had more time. I think another month would make a huge difference, but hopefully this will be enough to get me through the 50.
