This was to make up for no long run yesterday. 2 hours on the treadmill is a long time. I listened to two full episodes of this american life. I'm not sure what was up with the hrm. It was really high at first and then it seemed to low, but who know maybe that was real. It seems about right for the rest of it.
I set it to 7 mph for the first 6
7.1 for 7 - 10,
11 - 7.2,
12 - 7.3,
13 - 7.4,
14 - 7.5
14.23 - 8mph
Felt pretty good except for developing a blister on each foot. Oh well.
