Ughh. This run sucked. No idea why. Maybe it's my diet? Too many sweets? Maybe I'm not drinking enough water? Maybe just an off day? It got better as I went along but I just felt so sluggish and felt like I was trying hard to keep up such a slow pace. I didn't have my watch with me, but I'm guessing my HR was higher than normal but who knows. I'm going to try to drink more water and reduce the sweets and see what happens. It's possible I'm over-training, but I don't want to go there yet. I'm not running THAT many miles, and I was planning on increasing soon. Probably over thinking this.
