Notes
Holy smokes this was pretty tough. I started nice and easy but maybe picked it up a little too much in the middle because I kind of ran out of gas a bit at the end. Mostly this was due to the pea soup I was running in. It was a nice run from a social perspective though. Lots of folks out running and on bikes in this super humid weather and I like saying his to them. I passed a house with a sand volleyball court on Woods road and the guy was outside. I said "Nice sand court" and he asked me if I played that I could come by on Fridays. Maybe I'll show up some time. I have been itching to play again. Near the end when I had a bout a mile to go, A guy passed me on a bike and said "Looking good!" and asked me how far I was going. That made me think I must be looking pretty bad for him to say that :) The best part of the run by far was jumping in the pool when I got back. That felt amazing! Longest run in a long time, and another 30 mile week. I'm proud of that considering I went in to the city 5 times this week.
