Notes
Decided I would go a bit farther today because my knee has been feeling pretty good recently. The first couple miles I didn't feel my knee at all, but then at around the third mile it started to feel tight. This was annoying but I kept going and slowed a bit. After the 4th mile it actually felt fine again and for the rest of the run so who knows. It didn't hurt that night or the next day, so I guess that's fine. I keep expecting this thing to magically disappear completely but that obviously is not going to happen.
