Absolutely beautiful outside for the first day of 2011. After taking an entire week off due to working on my parents home videos and cause I felt like taking some time off, I decided to push it today with a nice progression run. First real run with the Garmin and I didn't realize I didn't have autolap setup so I manually hit the laps. Great run. Now I need to lose weight and get faster. My goals for this year are the following
Set a PR in:

Half
Marathon
Do an Olympic Triathlon
Run 2000 Miles

<1:35 Half
