Well this sucked. I've missed a bunch of days and once again I didn't have enough time to do a long run or even my 10k time trial so I ended up doing another 5k time trial. This time with plenty of rest and pretty good weather. Much less windy than before. And I did worse! Just not my day today. Oh well. Can't get too discouraged.
