Nothing like continuing to get less and less fit! I don't even know anymore. I guess I could go with me still getting over a cold although honestly I feel fine. Is it really that there is that much of a lag between when I build up my base and it pays off? When I go through my running log, it's possible that's all it is in which case I just need to keep on keeping on and continue to increase my mileage. With that said, I should not expect any kind of PR performance at this November 5K. I am losing weight still though. Maybe that could help me. I would love to just get back to my first MAFF test at this point. How the hell was I more fit two months ago weighing 4 pounds more? Maybe the calibration was off on that treadmill. Now I'm just sounding like a crazy person. I think I might do this again next week.
