This was pretty terrible. Can't even call it a bonk because I felt awful from the start. Not exactly sure what happened here. My HR was crazy and I just had to keep slowing down. Despite that, I'm happy I got it done. It's good to have these runs from time to time for mental toughness. Also, my legs were totally fine. It was like I was running while I had a terrible cold or something, except I wasn't sick. I just have to hope I don't feel like this in two weeks in the race.

In other news, once this race is over, I am going to try to increase miles but back off my long runs so I can get back to a 1/3 or less balance. This whole running half the week's distance as a long run is just a recipe to get injured.
