I wasn't planning on missing 3 days in a row, but I was too busy this weekend to fit in a run :( so I decided to go a little longer today with 11. I'd like to do at least 40 this week. I think that should be fine as long as things don't get in my way. Hopefully I can at least get in 6 or 7 sometime this weekend. This run was pretty easy. Once again I was trying to change my form but to no avail. I threw in 4 strides near the end at 10 mph. They were probably a bit too fast but its ok. Little soreness here and there. I need to stretch some more. Tomorrow I'll do a short recovery of 3 or 4 miles.
