Notes
First 16 mile long run of the marathon training. Got up at 5:15 and out the door by 5:40. Temps were lower this morning at only 71, but the humidity was still 90%.
Since I don't have my GPS watch right now I had to run a route I knew so I ran an out and back 10 miler, and stair stepped it back doing a lot of backtracking.
Good run, better than I expected it to be given all the walking I have been doing later. Only lost 3 lbs during the run today.
