This mornings run went really good. I stretched before and after, and ran it hard. I decided to run a shorter distance because my legs were only about 95% since the long run on Saturday. I have spoke with a couple people in forums and they said between now and the HM I should put the miles in and run easy. I should have asked before I did this run :)
