Notes:First post marathon recovery run. It has been a bit longer than I expected till my first post marathon run, but my ankle was a bit sore so I figured I would give it a little time. Took it easy for the two miles. Legs were a little tight during the first mile, but not sore, and they fatigued pretty quick and felt like I had just run 15 miles when I was finishing up the second mile.
