Notes
This morning I am the one that wanted to cut the run short..... at about 1 mile. I ate too much and not good enough last night and it is sitting hard on my stomach right now. That coupled with a rough night of tossing and turning (probably also caused by the poor eating) made for a really difficult run.
We ended up doing 3 miles, and even took the hilly last mile to kill ourselves a bit more, but I am glad we at least did the 3 miles and did some hills. I had a leftover burger for lunch today...... I think now I will pass.
